Today's daf, opened for you — and readable aloud
My Daf opens on today's Daf Yomi without you having to look it up: it reads the day off the live learning calendar, names the daf, and puts it one tap from Sefaria's page. Then it does the thing no printed daf can — hands the whole daf, both amudim, to the Voice Analyzer so you read the Aramaic aloud and hear whether you got it.
Listening…
Shoresh colouring needs the word's root in the app's own table, which is still being filled — so that number is a count, not a ceiling, and it rises with every release. Every word is still read, glossed and heard.
Today's daf, already loaded
The screen resolves the current daf itself, so there is nothing to type and no place to lose your place. If the calendar service is unreachable it falls back to calculating the daf on your own device and says that it did.
One tap to the page
Open the daf on Sefaria for the full text, commentaries and the amud you want — the link is built for the exact daf of the day, not the tractate's front page.
Read the whole daf aloud
Practice pronunciation loads every Hebrew and Aramaic word of both amudim into the Voice Analyzer, word by word, judged in your own Minhog like every other sefer in the library.
Your place is kept
Daf practice saves a bookmark and scores like any other passage, so a session you stop in the middle of is a session you can pick up.
Who it's for — Anyone keeping Daf Yomi, and anyone who wants to read the Gemara aloud rather than only follow along. Premium and up — the Gemara sits on the Beis Midrash shelf, not in the daily cycle Plus sells.
A free account opens it today — the free plan never asks for a card, and there is nothing to install.
