Every class in the school on one page, plus a CSV
School overview is the menahel's page: four totals across the school, then one row per class with its join code, how many talmidim or talmidos are enrolled, how many practiced this week, and the words behind that. The figures are the same ones each Rebbi or Morah sees on their own class screen, so there is nothing to reconcile. One button saves the whole table as a CSV named for today's date.
Every class, this week
Example schoolFour totals at the top
Classes, students, how many were active this week against the total enrolled, and the school's words this week.
One row per class
Class name, grade, join code, students enrolled, active this week against enrolled, words this week and words all-time. A class where every enrolled child was active this week is marked in green.
What this week counts
Words this week are read-aloud words judged correct that were added since the week's Sunday baseline — the same count that feeds the school's standing in Hashem's Army. All-time is every correct word the class has ever read.
CSV for the meeting
Export CSV writes the same table, plus a totals row, to a file named school-report and today's date. It is assembled in the browser from what is already on the screen.
Scoped to your school
A school administrator's account gets its own school's classes and no others: the server takes the school from the account record rather than from anything the page asks for.
Loads once, on open
This page reads its figures when you open it and does not poll, so reload it for a fresh set. Classes themselves are created in the admin console, and the page says so when a school has none yet.
Who it's for — For a menahel or school administrator who wants the week's picture of every class without asking a single Rebbi or Morah for it. The school-overview capability sits on the whole-school plan rather than the single-classroom tier.
Priced per building, set up with you on a call — tell us about the school and we reply within a working day.
